Terms and Conditions of Service

BlueTIDE Waste & Haul (operated by Waste Wagon LLC) provides dumpster rental and waste management services subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). By booking a service, paying for a rental, or accepting delivery of a dumpster, the Customer (“You”) agrees to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description & Rental Period
- Rental Term: The standard rental period is 7 days, unless a different duration is agreed upon in writing.
- Extensions: You may request to extend your rental period. Extensions are subject to availability and will incur an additional fee of $20.00 per day for each day beyond the original rental term.
- Pick-Up: We will schedule a pick-up at the end of your rental term. If you need the dumpster removed earlier, please contact us at 561-203-3531 or

2. Pricing, Payment, and Fees
- Flat-Rate Pricing: Your rental price includes delivery, pick-up, and disposal of debris up to the specific weight limit included in your booking.
- Weight Limits & Overages: Each dumpster size comes with a specific weight allowance (e.g., 2 tons for a 20-yard dumpster, 3 tons for a 30-yard dumpster).
- Overage Fee: If the debris weighs more than the included allowance, you will be charged an overage fee ranging from $50 to $100 per ton (pro-rated) for the excess weight.
- Trip Charges: A “Dry Run” or “Trip Charge” may apply if:
- We are unable to deliver or pick up the dumpster due to blocked access (cars, locked gates, etc.).
- The dumpster is overloaded or contains prohibited items requiring us to leave it on-site.
3. Prohibited Items
You agree NOT to place the following hazardous or prohibited materials in the dumpster:
- Hazardous Waste: Chemicals, solvents, asbestos, medical waste, pesticides, herbicides.
- Flammable Items: Gasoline, motor oil, propane tanks, paint (liquids), lacquers.
- Electronics: Televisions, monitors, computers, batteries (car or lithium).
- Tires & Appliances: These items are prohibited unless explicitly pre-approved by us. Additional disposal fees may apply.
Violation: If prohibited items are found in the dumpster, you may be charged a contamination fee, and/or the dumpster may be returned to your site for you to unload at your expense.
4. AI-Powered Monitoring & Data Usage
- Smart Dumpsters: Our dumpsters are equipped with AI-powered camera technology.
- Purpose: These cameras capture images of the dumpster’s interior to monitor fill levels, identify prohibited materials, and ensure accurate billing.
- Consent: By accepting the dumpster, you consent to this monitoring. You acknowledge that this data may be used to verify overage charges or contamination fees.
5. Loading & Usage Instructions
- Fill Line: Do not fill the dumpster above the top rail (“Water Level”). Debris loaded above the rim creates a safety hazard for transport and may result in a refusal to haul or an additional fee to level the load.
- Weight Distribution: Please distribute the load as evenly as possible. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, or roofing shingles should not exceed the weight limit of the specific container size ordered.
- Driveway Protection: While we offer “Driveway Safe” options, we recommend placing plywood under the dumpster wheels to further protect your property.
6. Access & Property Damage
- Access: You warrant that the delivery site (“Service Address”) has sufficient clearance for our trucks to enter and maneuver safely.
- Liability Waiver: While our drivers exercise great care, BlueTIDE Waste & Haul is not liable for damage to driveways, pavement, curbs, lawns, or underground utilities (e.g., sprinkler heads, septic tanks) resulting from the weight of the truck or dumpster.
- Permits: You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits if the dumpster is to be placed on a public street, right-of-way, or easement.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlueTIDE Waste & Haul (Waste Wagon LLC) and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the dumpster.
- The presence of prohibited or hazardous materials in the dumpster.
- Overloading the dumpster beyond its weight or capacity limits.
- Any damage to the driveway or property where the dumpster is placed.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery or upon driver arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee or trip charge to cover operational costs.
